Quiana D. serves as the Political Director for the National Organization for Women since February 2022, following a similar role at the Arizona Democratic Party from February 2015 to February 2022. Additionally, Quiana D. chaired the Arizona African American Caucus, focusing on engaging African American voters and communities. Quiana D. has extensive experience in academia, having been an adjunct instructor at Chandler/Gilbert Community College from August 2010 to December 2018, and a faculty member at Northern Arizona University, Central Arizona College, and FORTIS Colleges and Institutes, teaching various communication and professional courses. Quiana D. also held the position of Regional Political Director at Arizona List from May 2012 to April 2018, where efforts concentrated on supporting women in public office. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Adult Education and Distance Learning from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Ottawa University.
