Tobias Ferreira is a skilled software engineer and data scientist with extensive experience in oceanography and data analysis. Currently employed at the National Oceanography Centre, Tobias delivers data-driven web applications, improves scientific workflows, and develops reusable IT infrastructures. As a Data Science Teacher at Le Wagon, Tobias assists students in mastering data science concepts, including machine learning and deep learning. Previous roles include leading a team within the Brazilian Navy's Operational Oceanographic Division, developing applications and models for weather forecasting, and instructing military officers in IT for hydrography and underwater acoustics. Tobias possesses a Master's degree in Ocean Engineering and has pursued additional education in data science and information systems.
