Dennis Hall serves as a Program Manager at NOAA: National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration since March 2022, and as Sr. Vice President at Atlantic since March 2020. Previously, Dennis held the position of Sr. Program Manager at Quantum Spatial from May 2014 to March 2020, focusing on geospatial program management and business development for the Federal market. Earlier in their career, Dennis was a Contracting Officers Representative and Contract Manager at NOAA from December 2001 to May 2014, overseeing a geospatial services IDIQ contract valued at over $70 million. Additionally, Dennis worked as a Project Manager for the US Navy from January 1992 to December 2001, managing environmental restoration projects, and also served as a Nuclear Engineering Technician, providing mechanical engineering services for the overhaul of nuclear submarines. Dennis holds an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Engineering from Trident Technical College.
