Mikaela De Lay is an accomplished event production professional with extensive experience in managing and executing large-scale events. Currently serving as the Event Production Manager at the National MS Society since September 2024, Mikaela previously held roles including Talent Acquisition Specialist at Atlas Disposal Industries and Event Production Specialist at the National MS Society, where 13 events were produced annually for diverse participant groups. Mikaela's background includes successful volunteer recruitment strategies, evidenced by the engagement of over 1,500 volunteers for various events across California.
