Clare Mullen has been working in the HR field since 2018 when they founded and became the Director of BetaHR. Since then, they have worked as the Head of People and Talent for Scan.com, Vira Health, and Roam, as well as the Interim Head of People for Satellite Vu and Harper. Clare has also been the People and Talent Lead for Jude, Alva, cord, and Satago.

Clare Mullen obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Sociology from the University of Aberdeen between 1998 and 2002.
