Stephen K Iwicki is the Founder and Director of Blue Water Advisory Services LLC, a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business specializing in strategic planning and business development in defense and intelligence sectors since September 2015. In addition, Iwicki serves as President of the National Military Intelligence Foundation, focusing on sustaining the intelligence workforce for U.S. national security. Previous roles include Executive Vice President and General Manager of QinetiQ US's Defense Technologies and Solutions Business Unit, and Senior Vice President at SOS International LLC's Intelligence Solutions Group. Iwicki has contributed to various organizations, including the NOAA Atlantic Highly Migratory Species Advisory Panel and American Public University System's Industry Advisory Council for Intelligence Studies. Iwicki holds a Master of Science in Strategic Intelligence from the National Intelligence University and a Bachelor of Science in Decision Sciences and Computers from Rider University.
