Jacob Palacio-Glenn serves as the Business Development Manager and previously held the position of ISO/Agent Relations Representative at National Merchants Association since September 2021. In the role of ISO/Agent Relations Representative, Jacob focused on recruiting and developing new Independent Sales Organizations, agents, Independent Software Vendors, and strategic relationships, both financial and non-financial, through proactive sourcing efforts to enhance the organization's external sales initiatives.
