Cynthia Shannon is an experienced professional in the forensic science and laboratory informatics industry, currently serving as the Director of Drug Chemistry Business at NMS Labs since January 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing the financial, strategic, and operational aspects of drug identification testing. Prior to this role, Cynthia held positions such as Regional Sales Manager for the Northeast at NMS Labs, Manager of National Accounts - Forensics at Abbott Informatics, and Vice President of Operations at SNA International. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Global Product Manager at Abbott Laboratories and Regional Sales Manager at Orchid Cellmark.
