The Leadership Team at National Lutheran Communities & Services (NLCS) is responsible for steering the organization towards its mission of honoring, inspiring, and supporting choice and opportunity for seniors. This team, consisting of executives overseeing sales, marketing, communications, finance, talent, culture, and diversity initiatives, ensures innovative strategies and operations across the various NLCS communities and services in Maryland and Virginia. They provide strategic direction, foster a culture of inclusion, and ensure financial health to continue challenging traditional stereotypes of aging.
