Tyler C. Winters is an accomplished M&A and Private Equity Associate at Fried Frank since 2021, with previous experience at Goodwin and Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP. In addition to legal practice, Tyler serves as an Auxiliary Board Member for National Links Trust. Tyler earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, complemented by a Certificate in Business Management from The Wharton School. A Bachelor of Science in Sport and Entertainment Management was obtained from the University of South Carolina, where Tyler studied from 2010 to 2014, following a diploma from Gonzaga College High School.
