Wendi Walker-Schmidt, EdD, currently serves as the AVP of Learning and Organizational Development at National Life Group and has been a Learning and Talent Principal Consultant at Schmidt Consulting Services since 2010. With extensive experience in talent management and organizational development, Wendi has held senior positions at Charles Schwab, Inspirus, Pilot Thomas Logistics, JPS Health Network, Cook Children's Health Care System, FWISD, Gold's Gym, and Origen. Areas of specialization include personalized performance interventions, executive coaching, psychometric evaluations, eLearning design, and team-building. Wendi holds a Doctor of Education in Learning and Organizational Change from Baylor University, a Master's degree from Texas Christian University, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology from Houston Christian University.
