Naomi Schacter is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Partnerships & External Relations at the National Library of Israel since March 2016, involved in the initiative to establish a new national library for Israel and the Jewish community. Additionally, Naomi has held the position of Associate Director at Shatil - New Israel Fund since July 2008, having previously worked in the same capacity from 1999 to 2010. Naomi's academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Barnard College and a Master's degree in Psychology, Art History, and Public Policy from Hebrew University, complemented by education from Ramaz High School.
