Dodie Serafini currently serves as the Director of Assessment Services at the National League for Nursing, a position held since November 2021. Previously, Dodie held the role of Nursing Program Chair at National American University and served as Nursing Program Dean at the University of Phoenix from August 2015 to November 2021. Additionally, Dodie was the Associate Dean of the School of Nursing at National American University from 2007 to 2011. Dodie earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Leadership from Northcentral University between 2010 and 2017.
