Tom Maxwell is a seasoned professional in land management and environmental planning, currently serving as a Land Professional at National Land Realty since October 2018. As the Owner of Crest Property Management LLC since January 2014, Tom has also held positions such as Project Manager at Staysail Group, LLC and Senior Environmental Planner at The Regional Planning Commission of Greater Birmingham, contributing significant expertise in environmental planning from March 2002 to April 2012. Earlier in Tom's career, a role as a Safety, Health and Environmental Specialist at Vulcan Materials Company from 2000 to 2002 provided foundational industry experience. Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in Corporate Finance from The University of Alabama Graduate School and both a Master's degree and a Master of Science in Environmental Management from Samford University.
