Terri Jensen, ALC (Accredited Land Consultant), has extensive experience in real estate, appraisal, auction, and consulting, specializing in agricultural and recreational land. As a Trailblazer/Managing Broker at National Land Realty since June 2018, Terri focuses on providing comprehensive land resources, including 1031 exchanges and investor relations. Prior roles include Managing Broker at MN Land Real Estate & Auction, VP of Real Estate/Appraisal Operations at Upper Midwest Management, and various leadership positions within the REALTORS Land Institute, culminating in the presidency. With a strong foundation in appraisal and land management since 1984, Terri also holds licenses in Minnesota and Nebraska and operates Jensen Appraisal & Consulting, LLC. Educational credentials are from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
