Erika Kaye currently holds the position of Executive Director of Ambulatory Services at National Jewish Health since September 2022. Prior to this role, Erika served as Chief Executive Officer at Reunion Rehabilitation Hospitals from October 2020 to October 2022. Erika's extensive experience in healthcare management includes a tenure at HCA Healthcare, where roles spanned from Vice President of Operations to Associate Vice President of Clinical Operations, overseeing various service lines and operations. Erika's earlier experience includes positions at WakeMed, Kindred Healthcare, CMS Therapies, and Healthcare Rehab, with a focus on clinical management and rehabilitation services. Erika Kaye obtained a Master's of Science in Speech-Language Pathology and an MBA in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Communicative Disorders and Psychology from the University of Redlands.
