George E. Noujaim possesses extensive experience in soccer officiating and administration, currently serving as the State and National cup tournament referee coordinator for Cal South California State Soccer Association-South since September 2008, overseeing one of the largest youth tournaments in the country. As the State Referee Administrator, Noujaim manages over 7,000 registered referees under the United States Soccer Federation. Additionally, Noujaim has been involved with the NAIA as the Supervisor of Championship Officials since November 1997, selecting referees for women's national championships. Since January 1978, Noujaim has directed the National Referee Program for the National Intercollegiate Soccer Officials Association. Prior to this, Noujaim served as the Director of Imaging Services at Huntington Hospital until retirement in December 2011. Educational qualifications include a degree in Natural Science from Chico State University and training in Radiology Technology from Huntington Hospital School of Radiology Technology.
