Gabriel Quiros is an experienced research assistant currently involved in the Juntos Despues del Cancer research program at the South Florida College of Public Health, focusing on the breast cancer experiences of Latina/x patients. In addition to this role, Gabriel serves as a Medical Assistant and Scribe at the Florida Medical Clinic and has held various leadership positions within the PHI Delta Epsilon Medical Fraternity, including Vice President of Finance and Chapter Member. Gabriel represents undergraduate students on the University of South Florida's Undergraduate Council, reviewing new programs and courses. Previous experiences include a Fundraising Division Chair role for Médecins Sans Frontières, an internship at Teva Pharmaceuticals in pharmaceutical research and development, and a student government advisory position. Academic qualifications include a B.S. in Microbiology from the University of South Florida and a high school diploma from Cypress Bay High School.
