Yaw Obeng is a Senior Scientist and Project Leader at NIST since August 2007, focusing on developing metrology for assessing reliability issues in electronic devices. Prior to NIST, Yaw worked at SiTD at Texas Instruments and founded psiloQuest. Yaw's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Miami and an Executive MBA from Rollins College.
