Kevin Stine is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Chief Cybersecurity Advisor and Chief of the Applied Cybersecurity Division at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) since November 2006, Kevin has also held the position of Information Security Specialist at NIST. Prior to this, Kevin was the Chief Information Security Officer at the FDA from October 2002 to November 2006. Earlier in the career, Kevin worked as an Information Security Consultant at Decision Systems Technologies Inc. and as a Security Engineer at IS Consulting Group. Kevin holds a degree from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, completed between 1994 and 1999.
