Glaphyra Jean-Louis, MD, MPH, JD, possesses extensive experience in the fields of quality management, regulatory affairs, and healthcare compliance. As the Chief Executive Officer and President of Elite Surveyor Consulting, LLC, Glaphyra leads initiatives in quality management, corporate compliance, and risk management. Additionally, Glaphyra serves as an Official Examiner of the Board of Examiners for the Malcolm Baldrige Performance Excellence Award at the National Institute of Standards and Technology. Glaphyra is the Founder and Senior Vice President of Compliance, Quality, and Risk Management at the Healthcare Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society. Previous roles include consulting in quality management and regulatory affairs for various healthcare organizations, as well as serving as Vice President of Quality Management, Risk, and Compliance in hospitals and clinics. Educationally, Glaphyra holds a Juris Doctorate from Purdue Global Law School and a Nursing First Degree from Azure College School of Nursing.
