Lillian Mutheu is an experienced ICT professional currently serving as an ICT Assistant at the National Industrial Training Authority since April 2015, where responsibilities include identifying hardware and software solutions, providing user support, conducting preventive maintenance, and training users on computer applications. Prior to this role, Lillian was an Information Technology Associate at Grande Afrique Consulting from June 2013 to March 2014, focusing on marketing ACL software and providing client support. Lillian holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, and further education includes a diploma in Information Technology and recent studies at the Kenya Institute of Management.
