Rachael McMahon CPHR currently serves as Chief People Officer at the National Indigenous Australians Agency since December 2023. Previously, Rachael held the position of Principal Psychologist at the Australian Public Service Commission from June 2021 to December 2023 and served as Manager/Senior Psychologist at the Department of Industry, Science, Energy and Resources from 2019 to June 2021. Rachael's extensive experience in mental health includes various executive roles at ACT Health from 2012 to 2019, as well as serving as a Senior Psychologist at ACT Health from 2004 to 2012. Rachael's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The Australian National University, a Graduate Diploma in Psychology from The Australian National University, a Master's degree in Suicidology from Griffith University, and a Master of Business Psychology from the University of Newcastle.
