Mary Parker, MAAL, serves as the Public Affairs Manager at the National Indian Gaming Commission since August 2018, previously holding roles as a Management and Program Analyst and Instructional System Specialist. With prior experience as a Regulatory Compliance Trainer at Cherokee Nation Entertainment from July 2014 to August 2018, Mary has developed and implemented training programs in both online and facilitator-led formats. Additionally, Mary contributed as V.P. of Special Interest Groups at the Association for Talent Development (ATD) from January 2015 to April 2017 and worked as a Talent Development Specialist and Administrative Assistant at Cherokee Nation. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Instructional Design and Technology at Sam Houston State University, Mary also holds a Master's degree in Administrative Leadership from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Northeastern State University.
