Christopher G. Neeley has extensive experience in project management and financial analysis, currently serving as the Head of Agile Implementation & Operations at National Grid since September 2020, where responsibilities include the development of Lean Portfolio Management and oversight of Digital Transformation initiatives. Prior to this role, Christopher held key positions at Bose Corporation, including PMO Manager, where oversight of the Global Enterprise IT Investment Portfolio was critical. Christopher's earlier experience encompasses various financial analyst roles at International Power and The TJX Companies, where expertise in financial analysis, P&L variances, and operational reporting was demonstrated. Christopher holds an MBA from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst and has also attended Nichols College.
