Gilbert Gatdula has over 20 years of experience in human resources and engineering within the energy sector. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President and HR Head at the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines since July 2009, Gilbert has held various roles, including Performance and Rewards Manager and Senior HR Business Partner, contributing to HR strategies for system operations and technical leadership. Previously, Gilbert was a Senior Human Resource Specialist and Substation Engineer at the National Transmission Corporation from May 2003 to June 2009. Education includes a Master's Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, both from Bataan Polytechnic State College.
