Kristen Kilman is an accomplished professional at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, serving as Source Deputy Chief of Staff and Division Chief for Workforce Management since March 2006. Kristen oversees a division of 21 employees, managing manpower across a large organization, and is responsible for workforce planning and development. As an Adjunct Instructor, Kristen teaches Fundamentals of Intelligence Briefing to a diverse group of students. Previous roles include Source Tradecraft Branch Chief, where innovative training initiatives were implemented, significantly enhancing workforce skills and compliance. Additional contributions include serving as a senior liaison officer, advocating for GEOINT collection managers, and modernizing operations within the agency. Kristen holds a Master of Science in Leadership from Norwich University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts from Clearwater Christian College.
