Mona Megahed, SPHR, PC, serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at the National Geographic Society since February 2022, providing strategic counsel on conflict management, employee relations, and talent acquisition across various organizational levels. Additionally, Mona has been a Visual Artist at momega Gallery since January 2011, specializing in mixed media, photography, and woodwork. Previous roles include Senior Lead in Talent Acquisition and Management at a.i. solutions and HR Business Partner at the Urban Institute. Mona's HR journey comprises positions at the World Wildlife Fund, Mi Casa LLC, Washington City Paper, and Bright Horizons, as well as teaching experience at the District of Columbia Public Schools.
