Scott Guenther is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Assistant Manager at National Fuel Gas Company since September 2022. Prior to this role, Scott worked as a Tax Senior in Tax Technology Consulting at Deloitte for one year. A significant portion of Scott's career was spent at M&T Bank, where contributions as Tax Accountant IV - Vice President included the preparation and review of corporate tax returns and provision calculations, as well as leading technology initiatives to enhance tax processes. Earlier roles included staff accountant at Freed Maxick CPAs, P.C. and tax consultant at Tax Technologies, Inc., where Scott developed expertise in tax preparation and consultation. Scott holds a Master's degree in Sports Administration from Canisius College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University at Buffalo.
