Saif Khawaja is the Founder of Shinkei, a role held since January 2022, and a Founding Member of the Sushi Council at the National Fisheries Institute, starting in January 2024. Saif has an educational background from The Wharton School and the University of Pennsylvania, with degrees in Physics and Economics.
