Amanda Yip holds extensive experience in human resource management, currently serving as Executive Manager in Talent Management for the National Environment Agency since April 2021, after progressing from Manager in the same department. Prior roles include Senior Head of Human Resource at the Ministry of Education, Singapore, and positions at Enterprise Singapore where Amanda served as Development Partner and Assistant Development Partner in Human Capital & Resources. Additional experience includes a Global Human Resources Summer Analyst role at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and an internship as a Recruitment Consultant at SThree. Amanda began their career with a Marketing Summer Internship at HSBC. Academically, Amanda Yip earned a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the National University of Singapore and completed language immersion programs at Kyung Hee University and The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
