Jennifer Talla is an experienced administrative professional currently serving as an Administrative Officer V at the National Economic and Development Authority since July 2017. Prior to this role, Jennifer taught computer secretarial subjects at ACCESS Computer & Technical Schools from June 1993 to October 1996 and worked as a high school teacher at Batac Junior College from June 1992 to March 1993. Jennifer holds a Master of Human Resource Management from the University of Newcastle, completed in 2009, and has academic units towards a Master in Public Administration from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. Jennifer earned a Bachelor in Business Education, majoring in Business and Distributive Arts, from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines in 1992.
