Kayla Marquez is a seasoned professional in campaign management and organizing, currently serving as the Senior Director of National Campaigns for the National Domestic Workers Alliance since October 2023. Prior to this role, Marquez held prominent positions at Planned Parenthood Federation of America, including Director of Federal Campaigns and Associate Director of Organizing, from September 2021 to October 2023. Additional experience includes serving as Deputy Program Director at Community Outreach Group, LLC, and Regional Organizing Manager at Planned Parenthood. Marquez contributed significantly as a National Distributed Organizer for Warren for President and as an Infrastructure Team Associate at the Center for Popular Democracy. While working on the Beto for Texas Campaign, Marquez played a key role in mobilizing volunteers and achieving impressive canvassing results. Marquez began a career in the Spanish Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport as an Auxiliar de Conversacion. Marquez holds a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies from St. Edward's University.
