Mallory Long currently serves as the Director of Talent and Training at the National Democratic Redistricting Committee, a position held since July 2019. In addition, Mallory is a Trainer with the National Democratic Training Committee, beginning in February 2021. Prior experiences include roles at Planned Parenthood Federation of America, where Mallory held several positions from November 2013 to March 2019, including Associate Director of Organizing and Training and Patient Advocacy Programs Manager. Earlier roles include working as an Organizer for Enroll America and a Campus Organizer for Organizing for America, where notable achievements include recruiting and managing teams to engage over 1,500 students in voter registration at Oberlin College. Mallory holds a Bachelor of Arts/Science in Women's & Gender Studies and Journalism from Ohio University, earned between 2007 and 2011.
