Hamad Aldossary is currently serving as a Debt Strategy and Market Risk Assistant Manager at the National Debt Management Center since October 2024. Previously, Hamad held various roles in significant financial institutions, including the Capital Markets & Financing Department at Aramco, where responsibilities included managing a debt portfolio and preparing for credit ratings. As the Fixed Income Development Team Leader at Saudi Tadawul Group, Hamad led research on fixed income products and assessed business plans. Experience at the Capital Market Authority involved reviewing debt offerings and developing market regulations. Earlier positions included Senior Treasury Analyst and Treasury Analyst at stc, focusing on investment evaluation and financial risk management, and a coop trainee role at Samba Financial Group. Hamad holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals.
