Sanjay Jain, CPA, serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors at National DCP, LLC since February 2016, actively participating in various committees including Operations, Sourcing, Finance, and Human Resources. As the Chief Executive Officer of MAX NEW YORK MANAGEMENT LLC since August 2012, Sanjay oversees commercial real estate construction and development, in addition to owning multiple restaurant franchises. Previous roles include serving as CIA and Vice President at AboveNet, where Sanjay played a pivotal role in emerging from bankruptcy and achieving Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. At BDO Seidman, LLP, Sanjay was the National Director responsible for enhancing audit functions for Fortune 500 companies. Early in the career at Ernst & Young, Sanjay was a Senior Manager, focusing on risk assessments and compliance for significant public entities. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University, an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Dallas Baptist University, and a Master's in Information Systems from the University of Hartford.
