Manoj Kumar is an experienced food analyst with a background in quality assurance and food science. Currently serving as a Junior Food Analyst at the National Dairy Development Board since December 2021, Manoj previously worked as a Quality Assurance Chemist at Brindavan Beverages Private Limited from April 2020 to December 2021. Additionally, Manoj gained initial industry experience as an Internship Trainee at Verka Milk Plant in June 2018. Manoj holds a Master of Science in Food Science and Technology from Maharshi Dayanand University, completed between 2017 and 2019.
