MiChel Causey has extensive experience in service support and customer relations across various industries. A background in technology and customer service was built during tenure as an IT Support Specialist at PayKoncept Merchant Solutions, which included roles in social media marketing and executive administration. Earlier experiences include creating social media content for American Ghost Adventures and serving as Director of Cruises for Gold Crown Resort Marketing Inc., where training by major cruise lines was utilized to provide members with optimal travel options. MiChel's career began at The Walt Disney Company as a Ride Operator.
