Tina Tibbitts is an experienced data engineering professional currently serving as the Director of Data Engineering at the National Council on Teacher Quality since November 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing data architecture, database development, and data analysis. Prior to this role, Tina held the position of Director of Enterprise System at Illinois Wesleyan University for over a decade, managing numerous administrative database applications across various educational sectors. Earlier experience includes roles as IS Data Services Specialist at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Programmer Analyst at The University of Texas Health Science Center, where Tina provided statistical consulting and developed database applications. Tina also worked as a Programming Analyst at Southwest Business Corporation and as a Research Associate at the National Council on Crime & Delinquency. Tina holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master’s degree in Data Science from UC Irvine.
