Simon Mallinson is a seasoned professional in the real estate investment sector with extensive experience across various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Income Analytics since February 2023 and a Board Member for the National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries since November 2023, Simon has previously held significant positions at MSCI Inc. as Managing Director and Head of Real Assets Research, as well as in leadership roles at Real Capital Analytics and Invesco Real Estate. Education includes a Master’s degree in Real Estate Investment & Development from The University of Manchester and a BA in Geography from the University of Leeds. Simon's expertise encompasses global real estate research, risk management, and portfolio optimization.
