LeAnna Nieratko has extensive experience in leadership and management roles within the retail and food cooperative sectors. Currently serving as a Board Member for National Co+op Grocers since September 2021, LeAnna also holds the position of CEO/General Manager at Erie Food Co-op, where initiatives include launching the SorcErie Food Truck, creating a payroll matrix to optimize expenses, and fostering environmental responsibility through staff-led committees. Prior experience includes a successful tenure as Store Manager at Bath & Body Works, achieving significant sales growth and improving internal development processes, as well as serving as Assistant Manager at American Eagle Outfitters during a transitional period. LeAnna Nieratko holds an MBA in Human Resources and a BA in Psychology from Gannon University.
