Anne-Kristin Gloe-Thordin has extensive experience in administrative support and coordination within the grocery and food service industries. Currently serving as a Billing Support Coordinator at National Co+op Grocers since May 2018, Anne-Kristin previously held the position of Administrative Assistant at Myers Thompson P.A. and worked in various roles at National Co+op Grocers, including Purchasing Admin Support Specialist. Early career experience includes leadership in high-pressure kitchen environments at Seward Community Co-op and Wedge Community Co-op, as well as culinary and service roles at Ecopolitan Restaurant. Anne-Kristin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Women's Studies from the University of Minnesota, earned between 2000 and 2005.
