Roman Svoboda is a Senior Service Engineer at Microsoft, specializing in technical and management expertise for Teams Room Devices within the Windows OS environment since April 2022. With extensive experience as a Unified Communications Specialist at National Communications Services, Inc. since September 2015, Roman has also led a team in conference systems support and served as a Tier 3 Service Engineer for Skype for Business. Previous roles include Telecom Field Engineer at Swedish Medical Center and Desktop Support at Denali Advanced Integration.
