Scott Turner has worked in the field of education and the arts since 2013. In 2013, they began their career as a Special Events Intern at Americans For The Arts. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at the Reginald S. Lourie Center, where they served as a Behavior Technician and Teaching Assistant. During this time, they supervised, analyzed, and evaluated the effectiveness of behavioral intervention, documented and reported student crises, and provided classroom instruction. In 2018, they joined Imagination Stage, Inc. as an Access and Inclusion Coordinator, where they monitored student registrations, hired inclusion facilitators, and provided training in inclusive best practices. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Visitor Experience Manager at the National Children's Museum.
Scott Turner received a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Theatre/Theater from Frostburg State University between 2010 and 2013. Prior to that, they attended Montgomery College from 2009 to 2010.
