Tarun Nagpal is a Board Member at National Centre for Circus Arts. Tarun was previously the CEO & Co-founder of Little Owl from August 2015 to December 2016. Prior to that, they worked as a Management Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group from August 2011 to July 2014. Tarun started their career as an Associate at O'Melveny & Myers from October 2006 to October 2008.

Tarun Nagpal attended Hinsdale Central High School before studying biology at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Tarun then went on to study medicine at the University of Illinois Chicago, earning their M.D. Finally, they pursued a career in law, studying at New York University and Kyushu University.
