Jason Dougal is currently the President of the National Center on Education and the Economy and has been the Chief Executive Officer of Criterion Education, LLC since 2014. Jason also served as the General Counsel at America's Choice, Inc. from January 2005 to September 2010. Dougal holds a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Swarthmore College.
