Levan Mosakhlishvili, PhD, is an accomplished legal and energy management expert with extensive experience in academia and various organizations in Georgia. Currently serving as a Member of the Scientific Advisory Council for the Ministry of Justice of Georgia and holding multiple roles at the Georgian Energy Development Fund since July 2013, including Deputy Director and Legal Director, Mosakhlishvili also contributes as an Accreditation Expert and member of the Educational Programs Accreditation Council at the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement. As an Associate Professor and Head of BA, MA, and PhD programs at Caucasus University, and previously at Caucasus International University, Mosakhlishvili has shaped legal education in the region. In addition to board member roles at Georgian Solar Company and QARTLI WIND FARM LLC, Mosakhlishvili has significant legal advisory experience, having served as Head of the Legal Department at "Georgian Industrial Group" LLC and Central Branch Manager at LP Kordzadze Law Office. Mosakhlishvili holds a PhD in Energy Management and a Juris Doctor degree, complementing a strong academic background with practical legal expertise.
