Beyan Mustefa is an experienced professional in supply chain management and organizational development, currently serving as Supply Chain Manager and Research and Development Manager at National Cement Share Company since March 2017. In addition, Beyan has been the General Manager and Project Manager at Yeabsira Industrial Complex since October 2020, overseeing the establishment of an oxygen and acetylene gas production facility, including machinery importation, installation, and staffing. Prior experience includes roles as Employment and Placement Section Head and Organizational Development Supervisor at National Cement Share Company, with a focus on recruitment, operations monitoring, and quality assurance. Beyan holds an MBA from Dire Dawa University, a BA in Management from Dire Dawa University, and a BASc in Applied Chemistry from the University of Gondar.
