Regina Faruk is a dedicated research professional with a Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences from the National University of Singapore. Currently serving as a Research Officer at the National Cancer Centre Singapore since November 2023, Regina previously held roles as a Senior Research Assistant and Research Assistant at Shiok Meats from July 2022 to October 2023. Earlier experience includes a position as a Student Researcher at the National University of Singapore, where significant contributions were made to the development of attenuated Zika virus clones and the investigation of their replication abilities. Regina also worked as a Junior Medical Technologist at National University Hospital, assisting with histopathological specimen processing, and completed a Student Internship at A*STAR, contributing to molecular analyses related to neurological degenerative diseases.
