Turatsinze Twesigye Moses is an experienced professional in project management and evaluation, currently serving as a Projects Management Advisor at the National Bank of Rwanda since July 2019. In this role, Turatsinze leads project teams in the design, implementation, and reporting of various projects while supporting the establishment of a project management office and developing related policies and procedures. Previously, Turatsinze held notable positions such as Director of Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation at the Rwanda Information Society Authority and Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor at the Ministry of Trade and Industry. With a solid foundation in monitoring and evaluation from the Rwanda Development Board, Turatsinze also contributed to academia as a Research Officer and Lecturer at the Kigali Institute of Science and Technology. Turatsinze holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Planning from Makerere University and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration & Management from Sungkyunkwan University.
